The versatile Cal-Bred won four stakes in 2003, including the Grade I Triple Bend B.C. Handicap at Hollywood Park … In 2002, Vienna won the Bing Crosby and Pat O’Brien handicaps with Disturbingthepeace, champion sprinter and older horse of the meet. Disturbingthepeace came back to repeat in the 2003 Pat O’Brien … Ace of the Vienna stable for the past few seasons was the Argentine-bred mare Star Parade, a winner of six stakes, including three Grade I’s, the 2004 Milady B.C. Handicap, the Santa Maria Handicaps in 2004 and ’06.
